Abstract

The number of the workforce in August 2019 was 23.80 million, up 1.17 million compared to August 2018. In line with the Labor Force Participation Rate which also increased by 2.15 percentage points from 62.92 percent in August 2018. In the past year, Unemployment Rate in Jawa Barat dropped to 7.99 percent in August 2019 from 8.17 the previous year. Judging from the level of education, Unemployment Ratefor Vocational High Schools (SMK) still dominates among other education levels at 14.53 percent
