Abstract

As a proxy indicator of the welfare of farmers, Farmer (NTP) is obtained by comparing the two indices namely Accepted Price Index Farmers with Farmers Paid Price Index. Figures NTP demonstrates the ability of the exchange (terms of trade) of agricultural commodities by farmers consumption of goods and services both for domestic use and cost farmers the production process. The higher the number NTP then this means that the stronger purchasing power of farmers.
