December 2011 Jawa Barat Inflation occurred 0.62 Percent

December 2011, CPI Combined Jawa Barat covering 7 cities of Bandung City, Cirebon City, Tasikmalaya City, Bekasi City, Bogor City, Sukabumi City and Depok City experienced an increase / inflation compared to the November 2011 CPI of 0.62 percent. Inflation for 2011 (year to date inflation) reached 3.10 percent with ten times monthly inflation and twice deflation. Jawa Barat Composite Inflation over the last twelve months (December 2011 to December 2010 or year on year) of 3.10 percent. Of the seven groups of household expenditures, six groups experienced inflation, the highest in the foodstuff category of 1.43 percent, followed by 1.16 percent for clothes, housing, water, electricity, gas & fuel 0.54 percent, beverages, cigarettes & tobacco 0.31 percent, health group 0.19 percent, and education, recreation & sports 0.08 percent, while one group of transportation, communication & financial services group experienced deflation of 0.06 percent.
