Abstract
Farmers Exchange Rate (NTP) Jawa Barat in September 2013 of 109.06 increased 0.39 percent when compared to the NTP in August 2013 which was recorded at 108.63. This is due to the Farmer's Acceptable Price Index (IT) up 0.44 percent higher than the increase in the Paid Price for Farmers (IB) by 0.05 percent. Three of the five agricultural sub-sectors experienced an increase in NTP, namely NTP Food Crops Subsector rose 0.90 percent from 105.72 to 106.68, NTP Livestock Subsector rose 0.52 percent from 98.53 to 99.04 and NTP Subsector of Smallholder Plantation 0.21 percent from 108.89 to 109.12, while NTP Horticulture Subsector was down 0.57 percent from 119.65 to 118.97 as well as NTP Fisheries Sub-sector fell 0.28 percent from 112.25 to 111.93. In Rural Areas of Jawa Barat in September 2013 there was a deflation of 0.04 percent. From seven expenditure groups, deflation occurred in two expenditure groups namely Foodstuff Group by 0.43 percent and Transportation & Communication Group 0.03 percent, while five other household consumption expenditure groups experienced inflation such as Food Group So 0.55 percent , Health Group 0.32 percent, Housing Group 0.18 percent, Education Group, Recreation & Sports 0.06 percent and Group Clothing 0,01 percent.
