Hotel Occupancy Rate In Jawa Barat September 2012 Recorded 43.53 Percent

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of hotels in Jawa Barat in September 2012 increased by 4.14 points compared to the previous month. Hotel TPK in September 2012 was 43.53 percent and August Revenue was 39.29 percent. The increase in the overall star hotel TPK in September 2012 was due to the rise in TPK in all star-rated hotels. The largest increase occurred in the class of 2 star hotels with a magnitude of 9.54 points, from the amount of ROR 34.90 percent in August to 44.44 percent in September. In September 2012 non-star hotel TPK was 38.04 percent while in August was 35.61 percent. The highest TPK in September 2012 occurred in hotels with groups of 10-24 rooms with TPK 41.09 percent, whereas in August the highest TPK occurred in the same room group with larger TPK of 42.40 percent.
