Development Of Farmers 'Exchange Rate, And Product Quantity Price in Jawa Barat

In December, the Jawa Barat Farmers Exchange Rate (NTP) was 116.02, up 1.04 percent compared to November 2007 at 114.82. This is due to the increase of the Price Index Received by Farmers (IT) of 1.95 percent from 684.72 to 698.05, while the Paid Price Farmers (IB) increased by 0.90 percent from 596.32 in November 2007 to 601.68 in December 2007. In month December 2007, there was inflation in rural areas of Jawa Barat of 1.07 percent. Rural inflation occurred because the Food Sub-Group's Price Index rose 1.35 percent, Housing rose 0.87 percent, Clothing rose 1.79 percent and Assorted Goods and Services rose 0.04 percent from November 2007.
